Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly population who participated in the 2023-2024 physical examination at Beijing Hospital. 2. Age greater than 60 years old. 3. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the acute phase of disease onset, including acute heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and acute pneumonia. 2. Severe cognitive impairment diagnosed by a neurologist. 3. Individuals who are unwilling to participate or unable to cooperate in completing the assessment.
