Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence who meet the following criteria: female, aged 20-40, with clear thinking ability and able to follow verbal or written instructions, who have not received any relevant treatments in the month prior to participation in the study, voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with urgency urinary incontinence, mixed urinary incontinence, neurogenic bladder, or other types of urinary incontinence, as well as those who have undergone pelvic floor or rectal surgery, or have comorbidities such as diabetes, mental disorders, or severe systemic organic diseases.
