Propofol Group(P Group):Continuous intravenous infusion of propofol to maintain anesthesia.
Remimazolam Group(R Group):Continuous intravenous infusion of remimazolam to maintain anesthesia.

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I - III; 3. Age = 60years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergies to remimazolam or propofol; 2. Currently using sedative opioid drugs or sleep aids; 3. Alcohol dependence; 4. Mental or neurological disorders; 5. Illiteracy; 6. BMI>30 kg/m²; 7. The patient refuses.
