Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Children who meet the surgical indications and meet the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II, and plan to undergo photodynamic therapy under general anesthesia in the day operating room; (2) Age 3~7 years old, weight =10kg; (3) parents agree to participate in this study and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with skin photosensitivity, porphyria or allergies to porphyrins; (2) Have a history of allergy to the drugs used in this study; (3) There is infection at the nerve block site; (4) Coagulation dysfunction; (5) Psychiatric diseases; (6) General anesthesia is contraindicated.
