Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The cohort consisted of patients who underwent ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgery and underwent conscious endotracheal intubation (ATI) at the Pujiang Branch of Eye & ENT Hospital, Fudan University. From January 2022 to July 2023, adult patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery in our hospital were counted. Patients receiving rapid sequential induction were removed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing operation video, voice or electronic medical record data recording of important observation indicators is incomplete.
