Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors; 2) Over the age of 18 3) Patients receiving moderate/highly emetic chemotherapy regimen 4) No chronic digestive diseases or chronic nausea and vomiting (such as dizziness or Meniere syndrome) 5) The test results of hematology, liver function, kidney function and other important organs were qualified.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients whose cancer pain has not been stabilized, whose dose of opioid painkillers needs to be titrated or adjusted, or whose opioid digestive response has not been completely controlled; 2) Long-term corticosteroids; 3) Nausea and vomiting caused by any cause 3 days before chemotherapy; 4) Patients with a history of active gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding within 1 year; 5) Patients who cannot read, understand or independently complete the questionnaire; 6) Patients with poor compliance who are not expected to complete the study as planned; 7) Currently participating in any other clinical trials or observational studies.
