Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 65 years old, regardless of gender; ? Type 2 diabetes has been diagnosed; ? Good health condition, able to move independently; ? Able to eat independently and have sufficient dietary intake; ? Not using insulin; ? Glycated hemoglobin 6.5-9.0% and fasting blood glucose<10mmol/L; ? Triglycerides<4.5mmol/L; ? Use two or fewer oral hypoglycemic drugs/foods; ? SARC-F scale = 4 points; Meets the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? More than 30% increase/decrease in dietary energy consumption in the past three months; ? In recent three months, he has been hospitalized or hospitalized due to ketoacidosis (DKA) or other acute complications of diabetes; ? In the past three months, severe diseases such as severe infections, surgical procedures, mental system diseases, etc. have merged; ? Pregnancy or lactation period; ? Liver and kidney dysfunction (transaminase greater than twice the upper limit of the normal reference range, CKDG2 stage or above); ? Individuals who have previously been intolerant to or allergic to peptide supplements.
