Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with varying degrees of severe back pain but no neurological symptoms refractory to conservative treatment were treated in our hospital. All the patients with MRI contraindications or intolerance had a clear history of trauma or low-energy injury recently, with clinically suspected fresh OVCFs by Back Pain-Inducing Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with a history of tumors, active inflammatory diseases, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, utilization of hormonal therapy, and hepatorenal insufficiency.
