Normal intubation group:Direct nasal intubation without auxiliary measures
Imaging (CT) stylet intubation group:Guided by imaging data, shaping the tube core for transnasal tracheal intubation
Soft palate stylet intubation group:Assist in shaping the stylet based on the distance between the soft palate incisors

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical fitness rating of ASA I or II. ? The study participants showed normal coagulation function. ? Between the ages of 18 and 60. ? Planned to undergo selective maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia at a plastic surgery hospital from December 1, 2023 to December 30, 2024 ? Gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Plan for conscious intubation patients; ? Patients with coagulation disorders; ? Have a history of catching a cold in the past two weeks; ? Have a history of oral decongestants, antihistamines, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; ? Have a history of nasal trauma, deformities, or recurrent nasal bleeding.
