18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults over 18 years old Having a cancer diagnosis Persisting cancer-related pain score over 3 on 0~10 NRS more than three days within the last two weeks Able to read, write, communicate, and understand Cantonese or Mandarin Estimated life expectancy over six months assessed by the treating physicians Proficient in using WeChat (a social media) Consent to trial participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive deficits assessed by MMSE Surgery within the last three days after admission Documented ongoing alcohol or drug abuse Patients with a caregiver who involves substantially in their pain management and who was unwilling to participate in the study Hospitalization for over two weeks during the intervention period
