Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery; 2)Body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 35 kg/m2; 3)Those with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) classification of I to III: 4)Those who are tolerant to all relevant drugs in this study; 5) Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the relevant informed consent; 6)Age greater than 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 5; 2)Emergency surgery; 3)History of oral sedative and analgesic medication within 14d prior to surgery; 4)patients with sleep apnoea, drug allergy, drug abuse, combination of severe functional impairment of the heart, brain, kidney, lung and liver or other malignant neoplastic diseases, and history of psychoneurological diseases; 5)patients with severe hearing impairment or inability to understand or complete the PSQI questionnaire; and 6)Patients who refused to participate in this study; 7)patients who lost their visits during the follow-up process.
