Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Born at a gestational age of 30-34 weeks [32], with a birth weight of88%); ? Parents of premature infants have informed consent and are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With sever complications, for examples, neurological diseases, intraventricular hemorrhage, ventricular protein softening, etc; With congenital diseases such as congenital gastrointestinal malformations, congenital heart disease, chromosomal abnormalities, bronchial dysplasia, necrotic small intestine Colitis, severe asphyxia and infection; oral malformations, cleft lip, cleft palate, etc.
