Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In this study, the scale scores were used as access and exclusion criteria: firstly, the first test group were all women over 22 years of age who had already given birth for the scale measurements, and secondly, the criteria for inclusion in the experimental group were that the scale responses were for the severe postpartum depression population, and the moderate postpartum depression population was used for the joint intervention, and the criteria for inclusion in the control group were that the severe postpartum depression population was used, and the moderate postpartum depression population was used for the cognitive-behavioral therapy;
