18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients requiring unilateral initial THA surgery (2) aged =18 years old, no gender limitation (3) body mass index was 18~35 kg/m2 (4) the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level (5) the patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) surgical history of hip joint and surgical limb neuropathy (2) long-term opioid users (opioids were used daily or almost daily for more than 3 months) (3) language impairment and inability to perform pain numrical rating scale, (NRS) (4) Allergy to drug use and regional block contraindication
