Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Scheduled for gastrointestinal cancer surgery; (2)Age=60 years; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status ?–III; (4)The patient and their family members agree and sign an informed consent form for anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Comorbid psychiatric disorders unable to cooperate; (2) Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, severe visual and auditory impairment; (3) Severe hypertension, intracranial space occupation and intracranial hypertension; (4) Glaucoma and hyperthyroidism; and (5) Comorbid cognitive dysfunction disorders such as dementia.
