Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: The legal guardian of the child signs the informed consent form 2: Age 0-18 years old 3: ASA I-II degree 4: Children undergoing sedation assessment at the outpatient clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe premature birth 2: organ transplant 3: Congenital heart disease 4: peripheral vascular disease 5: Peripheral upper limb edema, vascular or anatomical abnormalities 6: History of bilateral axillary lymph node dissection 7: carpal tunnel syndrome 8: Modified Allen test with abnormal and non palpable ipsilateral ulnar pulse 9: Upper limb scars, upper limb deep vein thrombosis, and arrhythmia 10: The difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the upper limbs is 10 mmHg or greater 11: Unable to cooperate with researchers
