Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:The preoperative diagnosis for pediatric patients with biliary atresia necessitates liver transplantation for treatment. Gender is not a limiting factor for the procedure. 2: Age ranging from 3 to 12 months. 3: ASA ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe allergies 2.Severe congenital diseases 3.Clinical physicians have deemed the patients unsuitable for participation in this study
