Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Consistent with the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation ( Rome IV ). ( 2 ) gender is not limited ; 60 = age = 80 years old. ( 3 ) In the past 2 weeks, no laxative drugs, gastrointestinal motility drugs ( except enema ), acupuncture and massage were used. ( 4 ) Participants volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with chronic constipation or severe constipation caused by intestinal organic diseases ( inflammatory, ulcerative bowel disease, etc. ), malignant tumor, pyloric obstruction, intestinal obstruction, hypokalemic enteroparalysis, poisoning, parasites, infection, systemic diseases and other factors. ( 2 ) Patients with severe primary or systemic diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung, hematopoietic system, connective tissue system diseases. ( 3 ) Constipation with serious complications are not suitable for massage therapy, such as gastrointestinal perforation, intestinal paralysis. ( 4 ) pregnant or lactating women. ( 5 ) Coagulation dysfunction. ( 6 ) Patients who are not suitable for massage therapy : such as abdominal surgery, skin ulceration at the treatment site, allergic constitution or allergy to massage medium components and severe infectious diseases. ( 7 ) Patients with severe mental illness or unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up due to other factors.
