Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Female patients with breast cancer initially diagnosed by clinician, and receiving adjuvant therapy c; ? The participants are conscious,with a certain ability to read or speak, and can communicate with investigators without obstacles; ? The patients were willing to cooperate with the researcher;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe and terminal diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up investigator); ? Refuse to participate in the survey; ?Taking antidepressants; ?Those who have received psychological intervention within one year; ? Patients who have been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders before breast cancer diagnosis.
