P group:Anesthesia was induced with propofol + sufentanil + rocuronium. Anesthesia was maintained with propofol + sevoflurane + remifentanil
R group:Anesthesia was induced with remimazolam + sufentanil + rocuronium. Anesthesia was maintained with remimazolam, sevoflurane and remifentanil

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing transurethral pyeloureteroscopic laser lithotripsy; The age ranged from 18 to 60; ASA ?-?; Cardiopulmonary function was normal; The BMI was 18.5-23.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious metabolic diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney; 2, patients with hyperkalemia, hypokalemia and other obvious electrolyte disorders; 3. Known to be allergic to benzodiazepines; 4. Preoperative use of other sedative and analgesic drugs (including injection, oral administration and the use of related Chinese patent medicine); 5. Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 6. Patients with neuromuscular diseases.
