45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40 ~ 75 years old; 2. Be able to understand research and conduct normal language communication; 3. High degree of cooperation with research and willingness to participate in non-interventional research; 4. The patient’s living situation is relatively stable and there is no plan to move out of the current address within five years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to comply with informed consent and weak personal willingness to participate in research; 2. The occurrence of secondary diseases, clear autoimmune, infectious or tumor diseases, etc.; 3. Pregnant women, mental illness, etc.
