65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission criteria: Elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery; ASA Grade II~ III; Age > 65 years old; Able to complete all preoperative cognitive function tests independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) the patient's written informed consent was not obtained; (2) Patients who received a second elective operation during the same hospital stay; (3) combined with mental system diseases; (4) A history of severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease; (5) Alcoholic and drug abusers were assessed as preoperative cognitive disabled by Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE); (6) Laparoscopic surgery to open surgery; (7) Patients or family members request withdrawal from the study.
