Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Chronic kidney disease stage 5 (end stage) patients who meet the criteria of the "Guidelines of Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative(K/DOQI)"; 2) Age = 18 years old; 3) A long-term dialysis patient was re admitted due to elevated creatinine and the need for dialysis treatment; 4) Informed consent to both the condition and treatment plan, signing the Kidney Disease Outcome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Congenital organic heart disease, vascular malformations, etc; 2) Malignant tumors in the chest, mediastinum, or lungs; 3) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, diaphragmatic dysfunction; 4) Postrenal oliguria factors such as ureteral or bladder urinary tract obstruction and space occupation; 5) Previously underwent nephrectomy or kidney transplant surgery; 6) Refusing to accept bedside ultrasound examination or poor ultrasound image quality; 7) Researchers have determined that patients have poor compliance and are unable to complete the study as required; 8) Participating in other intervention studies.
