Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis or optic neuromyelitis optica; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. elementary school or above literacy level; 4. patients were conscious, understood and voluntarily cooperated with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined serious diseases or osteoarthrosis; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Combination of other diseases in the acute stage
