Interventions

Experimental group:The single pulse energy of Holmium laser is set to 0.3w, the frequency is 50 times, and the corresponding fixed optical fiber is selected.
control group:Holmium laser single pulse energy is set to 1.5w, frequency is 10 times, and the corresponding fixed optical fiber is selected.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) upper urinary tract stones, stones less than or equal to 2cm; 2) No urethral or ureteral stricture; 3) can tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 4) Urine culture is negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Physical factors: coagulation dysfunction (oral antiplatelet drugs), blood sugar in diabetic patients is difficult to control, cachexia occurs in malignant tumors, and anesthesia cannot be tolerated; 2) Urinary infection, positive urine culture; 3) Upper urinary calculi are larger than 2cm; 4) Urethra and urethral catheter stenosis; 5) can't tolerate anesthesia.
