65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients scheduled for elective painless colonoscopy or gastrointestinal endoscop (2) Age=65 (3) BMI: 18-25 kg/m2 (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status?~? (5) conscious, no cognitive dysfunction and other mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Fasting for more than 24 hours and drinking for more than 12 hours; (2) severe circulatory system diseases, respiratory system diseases, central nervous system diseases (3) severe liver and kidney dysfunction (4) patients requiring tracheal intubation (5) Allergic to propofol.
