18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, aged 18 years and older ? The duration of diabetes >3 years ? HAb1c =9.0% or fasting blood glucose =10mmol/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Any other type of diabetes ? Other diseases may impact blood glucose tolerance ? With severe psychiatry diseases ? With severe diseases, such as kidney dysfunction ? Have heart surgery ? Alcohol abuse or drug abuse ? Having treatment that may impact primary or secondary outcomes ? Having treatment that may impact insulin sensitivity ? Having treatment that may cause weight gain ? Having treatment that may cause weight loss 11 Having treatment that may impact the metabolism of eggs 12 Lactating, pregnant, or planning to become pregnant during the trial 13 Currently working night shifts or having an irregular schedule that may prevent the implementation of intervention strategies 14 Inability to complete lifestyle intervention due to physical reasons 15 Presence of food allergies or intolerances 16 Have been participating in other clinical trials in the last 30 days or are participating in other clinical trials
