Experimental group:0.3mg/kg esketamine was injected intravenously during induction
Control group:Equal volume of normal saline was injected intravenously during induction

65 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =65 years and <80 years old, there are candidates for surgery; (2) For rapid induction of general anesthesia through oral tube intubation; (3) Normal liver and kidney function, blood routine and coagulation; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical condition Grade I-III. All patients and their families sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient had a brain aneurysm (and) or a thoracic/abdominal aortic aneurysm; (2) Predict difficult airway or have a history of difficulty intubating; (3) Allergy to the drugs used in the study, i.e., Esketamine, propofol; (4) Long-term dialysis is required; (5) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (6) accompanied by severe infection; (7) With abnormal heart function: untreated/unstable ischemic heart disease; Severe heart valve disease; Atrial fibrillation, multiple atrial premature beat or ventricular premature beat; Congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Class III or IV); (8) accompanied by severe pulmonary hypertension; (9) There are contraindications to anesthesia or surgery; (10) Body mass index =30 kg.m-2; (11) Frequent use of antipsychotics or antidepressants; (12) Mean blood pressure (MBP) < 70mmHgbefore general anesthesia induction; (13) The first attempt at tracheal intubation failed; (14) The patient was determined by the researcher to be unsuitable for the participant.
