Interventions

Intervention group(daily regular diet+edible oil ):A 6-month intervention with Daily regular diet + edible oil (linoleic acid and n-6/n-3 ratio less than 5) intervention after delivery

Control group(daily regular diet ):A 6-month intervention with Daily regular diet + edible oil (plant oils for cooking are used locally, with a high linoleic acid content and n-6/n-3 ratio more than 1

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 20-45 years old; 2.Single pregnancy; 3.Full term natural birth, healthy baby

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, etc. 2.Individuals with gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation or diarrhea; 3.Combined with other chronic diseases such as chronic hepatitis, hyperthyroidism, kidney disease, etc. 4.Individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes; 5.Taking antibiotics and glucocorticoids within the past 3 months; 6.Individuals with physical disability who cannot move normally; 7.Individuals with intellectual or mental disabilities; 8.Individuals who are unable to breastfeed because of specific illnesses, such as acute hepatitis or active pulmonary tuberculosis in the mother, or the use of specific drugs; 9.Thosewho have no intention of breastfeeding; 10.Individuals with special diets (such as vegetarians). Exclusion criteria for infants: congenital malformations such as congenital heart disease, biliary atresia, and other diseases.
