Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 12 to 18 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) for depression; (3) There have been at least 5 NSSI behavior in the past 12 months (intentional damage to one's own body tissue without suicidal intention), at least 1 NSSI behavior in the past month; (4) Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 17 items (HAMD-17) = 17 points, Young's Mania Rating Scale = 5 points; (5) Primary school education or above and be able to understand the contents of the informed consent form; (6) Both patients and guardians give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently or in the past manic episodes, schizophrenia, and borderline personality disorder; (2) Current or past history of substance abuse or dependence, mental illness, or family history of self-injurious behavior; (3) Other systemic symptoms or patients with secondary depression caused by organic diseases or drugs; (4) currently or in the past combined with neurological diseases or other serious physical diseases; (5) currently having an appointment with a cognitive behavioral psychotherapist or psychotherapist; (6) Patients with contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation (history of epilepsy, severe head injury, implanted devices (such as pacemakers, medical pumps), metal on the head, pregnancy or lactation, etc.).
