18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Prenatal ultrasound suggested that the fetus had CTEV;2.Fetuses with poor prognosis after birth or isolated talipes equinovarus diagnosed prenatally were corrected after birth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of teratogenic drug use and infection during pregnancy; 2. Incomplete clinical data and fetal specimen sampling was not performed;3.loss to follow up;4.Abortion is performed or there is no adverse prognosis after birth or the phenotype of prenatal diagnosis is consistent with that of the postpartum period.
