Experimental Group:Use the same supragingival and subgingival treatment processes as the control group for dental sequence treatment. In addition, add supra- and subgingival air-polishing using glycol
Control Group:Use typical supragingival and subgingival treatment for the basal treatment and maintenance of the periodontal period+ Water spray

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.There are no less than 20 internal function of the mouth; 2. The age is between 18-65 years old, and the gender is not limited; 3. Based on the new classification in 2018, it is diagnosed as periodontitis; 4. History without smoking or quitting smoking is greater than 1 year; 5. The subjects voluntarily participated in the test and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart disease or frequent angina pectoris recently; 2. Patients with a history of three-level hypertension; 3. Patients with a history of diabetes or abnormal blood glucose detection (fasting blood glucose =7 mmol/L); 4. Patients with liver and renal abnormalities (AST, ALT = 1.5 times ULN, creatinine =1.5 times ULN), patients with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases ; 5. People suffering from hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 6. Patients with a history of osteoporosis and medical diseases of autoimmune diseases; 7. Patients who should not undergo surgical history due to malignant tumors or other serious diseases; 8. Women of pregnancy or lactation; 9. Patients who have been received systemic periodontitis treatment, and the last treatment happens within less than one year; 10. Patients who need and agree with periodontal surgery after basic treatment; 11. Patients with peri-implant inflammation (the healing of the inflammation around implants is different from the healing of natural teeth); 12. Patients with oral mucosa disease; 13. Patients with mouth opening problems or with temporomandibular joint diseases; 14. Patients who have no self -autonomy behavior; 15. Patients who have participated in other clinical experiments in the past 3 months; 16. Patients who show poor compliance, or have other factors that are not suitable for this test; 17. Patients with a history of asthma; 18. Patients who have acute infectious oral diseases.
