Brief Verbal Intervention Group:When the vaccinated people communicate with the medical staff and register their vaccination information, the medical staff triggers the appropriate active lines accord
Control Group:When the vaccinated people communicate with the medical staff and register their vaccination information, medical personnel interact with the population based on their natural state.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For the medical institutions, the inclusion criteria will be (1) primary health care institutions such as community health centers, village health centers, etc.; (2) the provision of influenza vaccination services; 2. For the study population, the inclusion criteria will be (1) people who are going to medical institutions for vaccination (regardless of the type of vaccine); (2) people =6 months of age without contraindications to influenza vaccination; 3. For the intervention implementers, the inclusion criteria will be medical personnel who communicate with the vaccinated people and register the vaccination information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For medical institutions, the exclusion criteria will be (1) medical institutions that had participated in other studies related to the improvement of influenza vaccination rates; and (2) medical institutions with only one vaccinator in the medical institution. 2. For study participants, the exclusion criteria will be (1) people who are going to medical institutions for influenza vaccination; and (2) people who had already received influenza vaccination during the current influenza epidemic season.
