Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients diagnosed with PCOS according to the 2003 Rotterdam criteria (2)Hyperinsulinemic-positive glucose clamp was performed to examine patients with insulin resistance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients using weight loss drugs in the last 6 months (except metformin) (2)Patients with a definite diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (3)Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors and other serious organic diseases; (4)Previous history of drug abuse, alcoholism; (5)Traumatic, surgery, severe acute and chronic infection within 6 months; (6)Patients with hepatitis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; (7)Pregnancy and in lactating patients (8)Patients who cannot cooperate or do not cooperate
