Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The admission criteria of sepsis group: (1) first-diagnosed patients in our hospital. (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis3.0. Admission criteria of septic shock group: all patients should meet the diagnostic criteria of septic shock: (1) first-diagnosed patients in our hospital. (2) there was a definite infection and the SOFA score increased by more than 2 points compared with the baseline. (3) vasoactive drugs are still needed to maintain MAP = 65mmHg after adequate fluid resuscitation. (4) the concentration of blood lactic acid was higher than 2mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) it does not meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis. (2) patients who used anticoagulants, statins, glucocorticoids and activated protein C within 1 month before admission or during treatment. (3) the history of craniocerebral injury, intracranial infection, heart disease, tumor and obese patients were found in the course of treatment.
