Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old (2) Newly treated patients with primary liver cancer clinically diagnosed or hepatocellular liver cancer pathologically diagnosed (3) Primary liver cancer treated with hepatectomy (4) Primary liver cancer treated with chemotherapy within 30 days before hepatectomy (5) Primary liver cancer treated with Chinese patent medicine antitumor therapy within 30 days before hepatocellular carcinoma resection (6) Outpatient/inpatient visit record time or telephone follow-up time =1 year (7) Complete clinical data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Liver transplantation was performed in patients with primary liver cancer (2) ALPPS surgery was performed in patients with primary liver cancer (3) PVE two-step hepatectomy was performed in patients with primary liver cancer (4) Hepatectomy combined with intraoperative radiofrequency ablation or combined perioperative radiofrequency ablation were performed in patients with primary liver cancer (5) TACE, radiotherapy and other anti-tumor treatments were performed for patients with primary liver cancer (6) Targeted drugs and immunotherapy were used for primary liver cancer patients (7) Patients undergoing liver transplantation after hepatectomy or radiofrequency ablation (8) Liver resection was performed for other types of tumors, such as cholangiocarcinoma, metastatic liver cancer, and adenocarcinoma (9) Liver resection was performed for benign diseases such as hemangioma, FNH and atypical hyperplasia (10) Hepatectomy was performed for hepatolithiasis (11) History of liver cancer treatment prior to surgery except for chemotherapy within 30 days (12) Partial liver resection combined with primary malignant tumor resection in other organs, such as hepatopancreatic duodenectomy, pancreaticocaudectomy combined with partial liver resection and nephrectomy. (13) Combined with primary malignant tumors of other organs (14) Patients with isolated liver resection (15) Loss of follow-up, such as only one visit; Patients with medical records or telephone follow-up for less than 1 year and no death outcome (16) Partial hepatectomy was performed on the donor of the parent liver transplantation (17) Palliative treatment for primary liver cancer patients
