Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gestational age < 37 weeks; 2.Parents sign informed consent; 3.Hospital admission within 1 hour after birth; 4.After admission, an indignant gastric tube was required for treatment. 5.The parents are sane and intellectually normal; 6.Provide biological samples and related clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The infant has severe neurological disorders such as brain damage (including intracranial hemorrhage of degree III and above); 2.Have congenital metabolic disease; 3.Surgical procedures are required during the study; 4.Participating in other clinical studies or receiving other treatments; 5.Unpredictable events or serious adverse events occurred during treatment; 6.Subjects who rapidly deteriorate during treatment.
