20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. EM patients diagnosed by laparoscopic and postoperative pathology are not accompanied by other gynecological organic diseases 2. Women of childbearing age (20-45 years old) 3. 3 months without hormone therapy 4. No antibiotics and antifungal drugs were taken 30 days before sampling 5. No sexual activity within 48 hours, no vaginal irrigation and medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bacterial or fungal vaginosis 2. Positive for HPV and TCT 3. Acute inflammation of the whole body 4. Patients with malignant tumors 5. Autoimmune diseases 6. Pregnancy, menstruation, intrauterine IDU, etc 7. Severe pelvic inflammation was found during surgery
