Control group A was blank:Routine total knee arthroplasty and postoperative treatment
Experiment group B:Routine total knee replacement and postoperative treatment + aesculin sodium to reduce swelling
Experiment Group C:Routine total knee arthroplasty and postoperative treatment + aesculin sodium for swelling reduction + magnesium sulfate wet compress

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee osteoarthritis had clear indications for surgery and underwent total knee replacement for the first time. The general basic condition is good; The ASA grade is ?-?. Patients who can cooperate with the completion of treatment and have no obvious neurological or psychiatric diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with knee joint infectious inflammation; Patients with rheumatoid arthritis; People who are allergic to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, glucocorticoids, opioids, and 50% magnesium sulfate solution; Patients with serious heart, lung and other vital organ diseases who cannot receive surgery; A history of hepatic and renal insufficiency; ASA anesthesia score > ? grade; Patients requiring hormone therapy due to autoimmune disease and those with a history of glucocorticoid use in the 3 months prior to surgery.
