50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who were previously treated with anti-VEGF drugs other than aflibercept for the treatment of neovascular AMD with a minimum of three intravitreal injections (once a month in the last 3 months); (2) Patients who had persistent intraretinal or subretinal fluid, or both, on spectral-domain OCT image during this period;(3)Accept high-dose aflibercept for treatment(4)Patients expected to be followed for 12 month;(5)Sign Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Allergic to aflibercept or accessory; (2)uncontrolled intraocular pressure (IOP) of more than 25 mmHg; (3) current vitreous hemorrhage or inflammation; (4) anti-VEGF therapy within 30 days before the onset of this study; (5) prior photodynamic therapy treatments; (6) any intraocular surgeries; (7) other retinal conditions, such as the macular hole, vitreomacular traction, epiretinal membrane, retinal detachment, pseudo vitelliform macular dystrophy, and peripapillary CNV; (8) Other conditions that the researchers determined to excluded.
