Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients aged 18-75 years who underwent non-painless colonoscopy in the outpatient or ward 2: Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: poor bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Prep <6) 2: inability to reach the cecum 3: inability to provide informed consent 4: familial polyposis 5: inflammatory bowel disease 6: pregnancy 7: active GI bleeding 8: prior colonic or rectal resection
