Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The women who underwent elective cesarean section were ASA ?~?, aged 18~40 years, gestational age =37w, and singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There was severe supine hypotension syndrome before surgery,contraindication of spinal anesthesia(coagulation disorder, local anesthetic allergy, puncture site infection),severe cardiovascular disease (such as congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, severe valvular disease, history of peripheral artery disease, arrhythmia, carotid plaque or severe stenosis, etc.), diabetes, pre-eclampsia, neurological disorders, and a history of mental illness that prevents cooperation
