Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18 years old; (2) incision caused by abdominal organ surgery; (3) hospital infection diagnostic criteria according to the relevant standards of "Hospital infection diagnostic criteria (Trial)" [12], if the wound appears red, swelling, heat, pain or purulent and other inflammatory reaction is defined as incision infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) incomplete clinical data or death during hospitalization; (2) those patients with severe malnutrition; and (3) those with severe organ dysfunction. The sex, age, and wound area of the two groups were not statistically significant (P> 0.05), which were comparable.
