Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria for investigative research: (1) Meet the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy (2020) to diagnose hypertensive systolic blood pressure of 140mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa) and/or diastolic blood pressure of 90mmHg for the first time after 20 weeks of pregnancy; ? Have full cognitive and behavioral ability, good communication and expression ability; ? Informed consent, voluntary participation in this investigation. (2) Inclusion criteria for intervention studies: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 edition of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertensive diseases in pregnancy, hypertension occurs for the first time after 20 weeks of pregnancy, with systolic blood pressure =140 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure = 90mm Hg; ? single birth; 20-37 weeks of gestation; Over 18 years old ? with full cognitive and behavioral ability, good communication and expression skills; ? Informed consent, voluntarily participate in this investigation ? Skilled use of smart phones
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria for investigative research: ? Serious heart, liver, lung, kidney damage, chronic hypertension combined with pregnancy ? Age <18 years old; ? Pregnant women with acute pregnancy complications; ?Mental, cognitive or psychological illness; (2) Exclusion criteria for intervention studies: ? Serious heart, liver, lung, kidney damage; Chronic hypertension combined with pregnancy; ? Severe preeclampsia; ? There are motor disorders; ? Oral antihypertensive drugs have been treated; Suffering from mental, cognitive or psychological illness; ? Pregnant women suffering from acute pregnancy complications; ? Diabetes in pregnancy, diabetes with pregnancy, placenta previa after 26 weeks of pregnancy, cervical incompetence ? Persistent vaginal bleeding in the middle and late stages of pregnancy
