65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Diagnosed with sarcopenia according to The Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) 2019 consensus criteria; 3. No regular exercise of more than 60 min per week; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy of less than six months; 2. Institutionalized; 3. Any gastrointestinal, cardiovascular or renal diseases; 4. Severe auditory or visual impairment; 5. Medical contraindication to performing physical activity, severe psychiatric illness or moderate-to-severe cognitive impairment; 6. Refusal to sign informed consent prior to participation.
