18 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-74 years, BMI 18.5-29.9; 2. Posterior lumbar intervertebral disc fusion is proposed, and the surgical scope is 2-3 segments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of lung, heart, kidney and liver;Abnormal coagulation function or bleeding tendency; 2. Puncture or surgical site infection; Ropivacaine allergy, other contraindications of nerve block; 3. Electrocardiogram non-sinus heart rate, using pacemaker or antiarrhythmic drugs; 4. History of posterior lumbar spine surgery,bedridden; 5. Corticosteroids was used in the last 3 months,opioids was used in the last 1 month,excessive drinking; 6. Doctor exclude; 7. Patient rejection.
