Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 60-80 years old; ? Slight decrease of intrinsic capacity: intrinsic capacity composite score 5-8; ? voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severely limited mobility, Short Physical Performance Battery score 0-2; (2) those with severe visual impairment and hearing impairment that affect communication; ? severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) malignant tumor or severe organ dysfunction; ? in the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis and other diseases; ? those who have been hospitalized in the past 3 months or underwent surgery in the past 6 months (non-outpatient)
