Conditions

Acute kidney Injury

Interventions

Gold Standard:Determination based on serum creatinine and urine volume according to KDIGO guidelines
AKI was diagnosed as a >= 26.5 umol/L increase in serum creatinine within 48 hours or a >= 50% increase in serum creatinine level from baseline within 7 days. In AKI stage 1, serum creatinine increase
AKI phase 2 refers to an increase in serum creatinine to a baseline value of 2.0-3.0 times
AKI phase 3 is characterized by an increase in serum creatinine to>3.0 times the baseline value, or an increase in serum creatinine to 353.6 µ Mol/L, or start renal replacement therapy.
Index test:Acute renal injury factor TIMP-2/IGFBP-7 detection kit
Urinary tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2), Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 7 (IGFBP7)
