Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal aged 18-45 years old, conscious, voluntary participation in this study; 2. With complete prenatal examination data and pregnancy outcome related records; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Patients without serious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, circulatory and other system diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal consciousness is not clear, no independent reading, answering ability; 2. Patients with severe infectious diseases; 3. Those with a history of diabetes and hypertension before pregnancy; 4. Patients with surgical diseases, malignant tumors and allergic constitution; 5. Pregnancy complications (such as pregnancy with hyperthyroidism, gestational cholestasis, etc.) other than gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension during pregnancy.
