Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Clinical examination and MRI findings confirmed the diagnosis of ADDwoR ?lavage of joint disc successfully reduced by manipulation; ?Had complete dentition and was in good physical health (except third molars and orthodontic reduced teeth)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Maxillofacial infection, trauma, rheumatoid disease, mental history, mental and organic lesions, tumor and other related diseases that may affect the experimental results ?CBCT or MRI examination with severe osteoarthritis or joint disc perforation, requiring surgical operation ?Jaw deformity, severe periodontitis, severe occlusion disorder and other patients who are not suitable for Occlusal splint treatment ?Pregnant and lactating women. ?Unable to complete the follow-up person. ?Imperfect data.
